Bruno Hurter leads the culinary team at Zürich Development Center, the city’s leading international conference centre. Bruno has enjoyed a highly experiential and varied career within the gastronomy industry, gaining experience in several well-known restaurants and luxury hotels. He was also a member chef of the Swiss National Cooking Team, enhancing the reputation of Swiss culinary practices at an international level. Bruno’s primary focuses in the kitchen are creativity, seasonality and Mediterranean flavours.
Bruno is a member of the Chefs’ Irish Beef Club, a Bord Bia-led initiative which unites over 100 leading chefs from around the world. The Swiss chapter of the club was established in 2012 and is currently comprised of 13 members, each a prominent figure in the gastronomical landscape of Switzerland.
