Setting up an account – If you are a new user

If you have previously registered for any of our other events, your log in details will stay the same across all of our FluidReview sites.

 

Step 1: Go to https://wrbookings.worldsteakchallenge.com/.

Step 2: Click ‘Register’ under the ‘Create an Account’ header.

 

 

Step 3: Fill out the below details and press ‘Create Account’ at the bottom of the page.

 

 

Step 4: You will then receive a confirmation email containing a link. Make sure you click on this link to activate your account. Once you have done this, you will be able to log in using the below process.

Please note emails from FluidReview may automatically be sent to your spam or junk folder. Please make sure you check these folders. If you have not received an email within 2 hours please contact Jessica Harris on 01293 610 354 or by email Jessica.Harris@wrbm.com.

Signing in

If you have previously registered for any of our other events, your log in details will stay the same across all of our FluidReview sites.

Step 1: Enter the email address your account is registered with and the corresponding password in the ‘Sign In’ box below.

Completing your Entrant Details Form

Step 1: You will now be on your account home page. Click ‘Start’ next to your ‘Entrant Details Form’.

 

 

 

Step 2: You will now need to fill in the following information.

 

 

Step 3: If your payment details are different from the contact details select ‘No’ to expand further fields.

Please note that we must have a contact name to raise your invoice. Departments names or ‘Accounts’ will not be accepted.

 

 

Step 4: When selecting your payment country please ensure you have your VAT registration number available (only applicable to EU countries). This is used to determine which VAT rule applies.

If you are an EU country and do not supply a valid VAT registration number you will be charged VAT.

Step 5: You will now need to select your payment method.  If you are requesting an invoice an extra field will appear for you to input your purchase order number, if applicable.

Please note if you are purchasing 3 or more steaks we are offering a 10% discount on your total order. This will mean that each steak will be £449.10 per steak. To activate this discount please ensure you select ‘Yes’. If this is not selected and you enter 3 or more steaks you will not receive a discount.

 

 

Step 6: Please ensure you have read and accepted our terms of entry. To review these please refer to: https://www.worldsteakchallenge.com/terms-of-entry/. Once you have completed all of the questions on the form click ‘Save & Continue’.

Step 7: Once your form has been completed you will see a message on your home screen. Please follow the next steps to purchase your entries.

Purchasing your entries

Step 1: From your account home page click ‘View Entries’.

 

 

Step 2: You will now need to select the amount of entries you wish to submit. To do so edit the figure within the quantity box and click ‘Add to cart’.

 

 

Step 3: Once these have been added to your cart they will appear at the bottom of the page with a number to show how many entries you have added. Click on the arrow to expand this view. If you are happy with the amount of entries please click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

If you are paying by card (if not please skip to ‘If you are paying by invoice’)

Step 4: You will automatically be directed to our payment portal Stripe. Fill out the below details and click ‘Pay’.

 

 

Step 5: You will now see a message confirming your transaction is complete and you will receive a confirmation email including a VAT receipt.

If you are paying by invoice

Step 4: A message will appear at the top of the page to confirm your entries have been added to your account. Click ‘View my list’ to begin completing your entries.

Please note that once you have added your entries to your account you will be invoiced for this amount. If at any point you need to decrease your amount of entries please confirm to us in writing prior to Monday 11th May to receive a full refund for your entry/s. Any cancellations received after this date will receive no refund.

Completing your Category Entry Form (1st Stage)

Step 1: Click ‘Edit’ next to one of your entries.

 

 

Step 2: Click ‘Start’ next to your ‘Category Entry Form’.

 

 

If you are the wholesaler/retailer – if not please skip to ‘If you are the producer/supplier

Step 3: You will be asked to supply contact details of the producer/supplier.

If you are the producer/supplier

Step 3: If you have a wholesaler/retailer please select yes to expand further fields to input their contact information. If not please select no.

 

 

Step 4: You will now need to fill out the following information about the steak you will be entering. Once the form is completed click ‘Save and Continue’ at the bottom of the page.

 

 

Step 5: You must now click ‘Submit’ to complete your entry. Your entry will not be complete if this button is not pressed.

 

 

Step 6: Click ‘Continue’.

Step 7: Click ‘Back to account’. If you have any other entries use the same steps above to complete your 1st stage forms.

Once you have completed your ‘Category Entry Form’ (1st stage) you will move onto our 2nd stage form. This can be completed straight away, if you have the required details, or you can be completed at a later date. Please read the next section to see what we require for the next stage.

Completing your 2nd Stage Entry Form

Once your ‘Category Entry Form’ (1st stage) is complete you will be able to complete your 2nd stage entry form. This asks for further details about your entry. You can complete this straight away or come back at a later date. You can also begin to complete this form and save the information until you are ready to submit, please see step 5. 

This information must be completed by Monday 22nd June. We will send you a reminder by email.

Please note if this form is not completed by Monday 22nd June you may risk your entry not being judged.

Step 1: Click ‘Edit’ next to the entry that states 2nd stage (your entry will automatically move to this stage once the 1st stage form is submitted).

 

 

Step 2: Click ‘Start’ next to your ‘2nd Stage Entry Details’ task.

 

 

Step 3: The form will show the information that you inputted on your previous form, check these are all correct before proceeding.

If you need to make any changes please email the event team on wsteakchallenge@wrbm.com.

 

 

Step 4: Complete the below details. If your answer is ‘Yes’ to ‘Animal finished on alternative feed regime to predominant’ an additional box will appear for you to input this information.

Please note there are some word limits.

 

 

Step 5: Continue to fill out the below details and click the ‘Save and Continue’ at the bottom of the page. If you would like to save and come back at a later stage to submit the information click ‘Save’ instead.

Step 6: Once completed you must submit your form. If this form is not submitted your entry will not be complete.

Please do not submit this form if the details are not confirmed. Once this is submitted you will not be able to make any changes yourself and will need to contact the events team. You will have until the Monday 22nd June to submit this form and make sure all information is correct. 

 

 

Step 7: Click ‘Continue’.

 

 

Step 8: A message will appear at the top of the screen to confirm your entry is complete and submitted. You can now click ‘Back to account’ to complete any other entries.
