A 5th generation butcher and breeder, Jean has built a fantastic reputation for his company both in France and abroad. Jean selects and prepares specialised meats for the most renowned chefs in France. Operating from a state of the art cutting and ageing facility in Yonne, Jean carries on the family tradition with pride and precision.
