Having worked for one of Europe's leading beef & lamb processors for over 20 years, Mike has been fortunate enough to be involved in most aspects of the business from Category Management with the UK & Ireland's largest retailers to commercial and marketing roles.

Mike worked on branded and own label ranges supporting the development of products and taking these to market, he has a real passion for the red meat industry as a whole.

For the last three years, Mike has been a judge for The Grocer New Product & Packaging awards and enjoys seeing the newness and innovation across all FMCG categories. Mike is excited to see the breadth of quality steaks from around the world at this year's World Steak Challenge.
