Adam Woods is beef editor with the Irish Farmers Journal, Ireland's largest farming newspaper. He writes on markets, technical aspects of beef farming and news stories from the beef world.

He was born and raised on a suckler and sheep farm in Co. Cavan where he now lives and farms with his wife and four children.
