Kolja was born in Cologne, Germany in 1964. He moved to the capital Berlin back in 1993 before going on to own his own Michelin Star Restaurant, VAU all the way through until 2016. Nowadays you can find Kolja at the Palazzo Dinner Varieté, Berlin or on your TV as a Chef. He also hosts his own radio show "Kolja Kleeberg kocht".
