Mark Farrell

I am programme chair for the honours degree in culinary arts at Technological University Dublin, city campus. My main interest is the development and delivery of culinary arts education for all ages and abilities. My professional career spanned 30 years working in Ireland and Canada as a Chef and in that time I have studied education, culinary arts and gastronomy in Dublin City University, the Cordon Bleu in Paris and Champagne Ardenne University.
