Martin Wheeler

Born in New Zealand I began my cooking career in the restaurants, vineyards and hotels of Marlborough during the period of international recognition for new world wines. I moved to the UK and was Chef at a small hotel in Eastbourne that gained 2 Rosettes. Broadening my experience within the hotel, gastropub and contract sectors of catering in the South of England I recently was honoured the title of British BBQ Battle Champion whilst Chef at the University of Reading.
