Matt Southam

A business studies graduate from the University of Birmingham, Matthew joined the MLC in 2008, before progressing to a Senior Consumer Insight analyst at the new formed AHDB, providing market data and insights to the Red Meat supply chain.

In 2012 Matthew joined Hilton Meats Retail as Marketing Manager, providing category management support to Tesco’s red meat teams. Matthew then joined EBLEX in late 2013, managing EBLEX’s multiple retail trade sector marketing and is now Head of Retail & Foodservice Engagement at AHDB.
