Mitchell Hucks

Mitchell Hucks started his career working for his father at C.S.T and P.C.C Meats as a packer on his summer holidays from school at 14, after gaining an appetite for the meat trade he became a Beef Salesman in a few shops in Smithfield market.

After 6 years of trading U.K and Irish beef he took on a new challenge at Freedown Food as a wholesale account manager, selling wagyu, grain fed beef as well as rare breed pork and exotic meats to caterers across Britain.
