Thierry is a member of the Chefs’ Irish Beef Club, a Bord Bia-led initiative which unites 100 leading chefs from around the world. The Swiss chapter of the club was established in 2012 and is currently comprised of 13 members, each a prominent figure in the gastronomical landscape of Switzerland.
